Sallye helped up find and buy our first home 10 years ago, and is in the process of finding us a great place again. Can't say enough good things about her, she's very knowledgeable in every area of the buying or selling process as well as an expert in the region.She has a great work ethic, easy to get in touch with and very responsive to questions. She'll provide you with as much or as little help as you want. (I guess I'm trying to say she's not overbearing in any sense and really listens and responds to what you want)

As a first time home buyer, there was a great deal of trepidation involved with our decision to buy a home, before we met Sallye. The process could not have gone more seamlessly. She was upfront about all aspects of the purchase, remained in contact with us and updated us frequently, recommended the best people(home inspection from Ben Merideth through Building Knowledge and the people at Stewart Title filed all our paperwork) to facilitate with the purchase, and she was friendly and courteous as well.
