$250,000 price reduction!! Owners motivated! Cunningham Creek Winery offers a unique chance to own an award-winning boutique winery and brewery at the heart of the Monticello Wine Trail. Equipped with top-notch machinery, it has earned accolades, including gold medals from the Virginia Governor's Cup. The tasting room and outdoor spaces are designed for year-round enjoyment, accommodating 80 guests indoors with art and a wood-burning fireplace. A Farm Store, private event room, and picturesque outdoor seating add to the appeal.
